Welcome to the provisional offices of the Vvardenfell Transit Authority here in
Morrowind. Pardon the shoddy appearance, but we're still getting settled, and,
frankly, on something of a budget. None the less, we are here to provide assistance
in your travels. Bear with us as we set up shop.
Morrowind is big place. You have places to go and your time is valuable. Local transit providers, however, are on the whole a disorganized, unsophisticated lot. Need to visit your uncle in Pelegiad? Illicit rendezvous in Mzuleft with that cutie from the House of Earthly Delights? You're out of luck if you're relying on the local boatman in Dagon Fel for your travel planning. No one understands your frustration better than the staff here at the VTA. We too have spent far too much time on long hikes, swatting at cliff racers, ignorant of the complexities of Morrowind's poorly organized network of public transportation.
